PB Loco is a new chain restaurant trying to sell franchises.
Not a very popular place. Apparently!

Our family orders from Papa Johns pizza quite a bit, and we are always charged a delivery fee. I was wondering if that goes towards the tip or if the restaurant keeps that money?
