I love the salsa they sell in mexican restaurants. I have been looking online but all the recipes I find are for a fancier version.

I went to a Mexican restaurant
It is owned by Mexicans, they serve Mexican food and the waiters even speak Spanish.
The restaurant atmosphere is also very similar to Mexico
However when I pay the Bill they refuse to accept Mexican currency.
Why did they do this?

They usually have Mariachi in Old Town. There are a couple of pretty good Mexican restaurants. The prices are pretty reasonable at about 10 dollars per meal.
