How can I make restaurant quality Chinese cuisine at home?

Similar to that of small chinese restaurants that serve Chicken & Brocolli, General Tsao’s Chicken, etc. Please include sites if you know of any with recipes.

You need a well equipped kitchen, very high heat stove…! Here is a good website for Chinese food recipes.

If you go to an Asian supermarket, (and sometimes regular supermarkets- check the Asian food aisle) you can get those packet mixes to make some Chinese dishes, like lemon chicken or broccoli beef, or chop suey.

Hire a chinese chef, lol, don`t know. There are things you can buy at the store, but how authentic that`ll be….no telling!
