You can find the recipe on line. I’ve tried making fried chicken using orange juice. But the easiest was heating orange marmalade and then adding it to cooked chicken nuggets. It is so close to the real thing.

I don’t know where you live, but near me at the chinese grocery they sell "dry orange peel" in the spices section. This is the key- soak these in a bit of chinese wine over night, and add them to the sauce when you cook the chicken. Its awesome, you can do the same with licorice root
