What is another name for someone who answers the phone at a Chinese restaurant?

I know this is a little silly, but what would you think would be a fancier way of stating the job title of "someone who answers the phone at a Chinese restaurant?"

and then…..and then…..AND THEN AND THEN AND THEN AND THEN. I would say, Stroke-mi long-tai
