Best Abs Exercises

The best exercise for your abs is the bicycle crunch. In the bicycle crunch you are exercising every part of your abs including the inside and outside of the muscles. To perform this exercise you lie flat on your back and bend your knees at 45 degree angles. Then you go through a bicycle motion with your legs. When your right knee comes up touch your left elbow to it and so on. Once you complete one rep, return to the starting position and repeat for a total of twenty or thirty reps until you feel a good burn with this abdominal exercise.
