How do you take OPC-3?
This is a question that I get all the time. It can be really confusing if you’ve never taken OPC3. So, how do you take OPC-3? OPC-3 is a powder that comes with an overcap that has a line on it. So, what you do is take the small, innner cap, and fill the powder to the top of that cap. Then, you pour the powder in the overcap, and fill that cap with water up until the line. You then stir it (I use my finger, since using a steel spoon make cause oxidation), and you drink up! That’s all there is to it…enjoy!
