So here is another thought for your home wine making endeavors. Why not try to create your own recipe from scratch? I mean the basics are pretty simple. You boil some fruit, strain it, throw it in a giant jug with some sugar and yeast and let it ferment for a few weeks. I mean it really is as simple as that.
