How is "Regional" Italian restaurant on Broadway for a date?

I am planning to take a date to "Regional" Italian Restaurant for dinner. Can you guys tell me about the food, atmosphere, and if it is appropriate for a date?
Sorry about that. Regional is the name of the restaurant.

Da Tommaso isn’t bad. Nothern Italian very good for before or after a show. Maybe a bit old fasioned, but to me that can be OK. One block from Broadway 903 Eighth Ave. (bet. 53rd & 54th Sts.)
EDIT:
Ah – I thought you meant Regional Italian cuisine. I haven’t been since I never go above 72 nd St. but this will help
