Ever see the old Saturday night skits in the Italian restaurant? There’s a great one with Kirstey Alley and Kevin Nealon.

In honor of that, name the restaurant "Bellisimo"

Anything in Italian that’s related to food is good. The italian language lends a certain exoticness and elegancy to the name. Also, it’s intriguing (make me want to check out the menu) and sounds a bit more like a good quality place. I personally don’t like italian resto names like Joe’s Pizza & Pasta. It sounds too generic and seems like a place that might serve over buttered garlic bread and over cooked pasta with no taste.

Here are some ideas:

Bacci
Basta
Il Trattoria
Buon Gusto
Mangia
Mangiamo
Sapori D’Italia (means tastes of italy)
Bel Cibo (means beautiful food)
Il Giardino (means the garden)
Mezza Luna
