Where to get an excellent business plan for italian restaurant?

Hi..Everyone

I am Planing to open my own italian restaurant in Virginia (Richmond up-scale Area). I currently have 2 problems to face. one is the business plan, I have been searching for a good consultant who is specialize in this industry. I have not find one yet, I was wondering if you happend to know someone who is able to help me with my professional Business Plan. Second, I would like to know how to find private investors. I found one that is very interested in contributing his money in my company, but, he requires a business plan to go with it. Please let me know what to do.

I am also facing a similar problem. I am planning on executing a hostile take over of Microsoft. All I need are funds (1 trillion should due) and a plan. Once I get these two, I will be happy to run the business. Thank you for posting your question. I hope that I will be able to apply your best answer to my problem as well.
