Can someone recommend some good italian restaurants in LI, NY?
nassau county NY specifically. The closer to East Meadow/Bellmore the better. It’s our anniversary and I would like to take my wife somewhere nice. Money isn’t a problem but I don’t want to spend more than $500 for two people.
Borelli’s right on Hempstead Tpke. in East Meadow is great. It’s been around for over 50 years.
King Umberto’s in Elmont (corner of Hempstead Tpke. and Meacham Ave.) is fabulous.
Bussola Piccola on Old Country Rd.
Piccolo Parma in Mineola is great too–they make home-made ravioli
