Chili Con Queso (cheese dip)
Quesadilla (also an entree)
Camerones con Cocino (bacon wrapped shrimp)
Ceviche
Nachos
Chilaquiles

Tortilla chips and salsa (usually free)
Nachos and cheese (with various toppings)
Taquitos (rolled up tortillas filled with beef or chicken and deepfried)
Tamales (I forgot exactly what they are but they’re good)
Bean burritos (small ones)
Tacos (small ones)

The above are in typical Mexican restaurants. There are more expensive Mexican restaurants with gourmet appetizers, but I don’t know what they are.
