Free delivery just means the restaurant isn&#039;t charging you for someone to bring it to you.  You should still give a tip to the delivery person because they drove it to you.  Just think of what the convenience is to you for you not to have to cook, nor have to drive to pick it up.  15% is ok for this service unless your total is less than $15 when 15% is only $2.  In that case an extra dollar or two wont hurt.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;10 years as server and bartender</description>
