   Atleast $1 to $5, depending on how well he can get to the home or work. See since I live 15 minutes from my home to town I atleast pay Dominoes( < example) atleast $2 to $3 depending on how well they get here. Its all options on you.

   I usually give $3-$10 depending on how far they have to travel an the amount of the bill. (remember alot of the drivers depend on tips as part of their salary)

   Double the tax then round it off- or if you have a windfall then $5.00 depending on the service of course! or if it’s raining,sleeting or snowing then those drivers deserve more and the gas prices right now are out of this world
