Double the tax then round it off- or if you have a windfall then $5.00 depending on the service of course! or if it's raining,sleeting or snowing then those drivers deserve more and the gas prices right now are out of this world

I usually give $3-$10 depending on how far they have to travel an the amount of the bill. (remember alot of the drivers depend on tips as part of their salary)

Atleast $1 to $5, depending on how well he can get to the home or work. See since I live 15 minutes from my home to town I atleast pay Dominoes( < example) atleast $2 to $3 depending on how well they get here. Its all options on you.
