Is it illegal to deliver food for a fee w/o the restaurant or fast food business’ permission?
Thinking about starting a fast food/restaurant delivery service and I know I will have to start out real small but I don’t want any legal trouble.
Wow, I had the same idea a few years back when I was too lazy one day to go to Burger King. lol
I believe you will have to get permission from the restaurants. Explain to them that you will charge charge the customers more for their food, but you will charge the customers a delivery fee for your work.
I don’t see why that would be a problem. I would research it though and see if you can find a lawyer who would know the legal aspects of this, but with the restaurant’s permission and a signed contract from them I don’t see anything else that can be done legally….

You cant buy a mcdonalds sandwich and drive to someone’s house and sell it to them for more legally. If you just do it for your friends and stuff, no one will ever know, just dont put out a business card or anything.
Trust me, this is definitely illegal w/o permission.
