I used to work at a restaurant where the chef was the owner. He would put on a 10% service charge on the order (that I assembled while trying to take care of my tables) and HE KEPT IT. I do not trust that it does, so I tip well. Someone is bringing me food.

It really depends on the restaurant.

Some restaurants give the entire amount to the driver.

Some give restaurants a part of it.

Some restaurants give the driver a flat fee (same $$ each time) for every delivery, regardless of how much the delivery is.

Some restaurants do not pay a flat rate, but an hourly rate, for the driver – and the delivery fee goes into paying the wages of the driver.

So it really depends on what restaurant you are referring to. There is no one right answer to give you.

Usually it goes to the restaurant. The driver gets to keep the tips they give them, and that's about it. If you don't make tips just like a waitress, your check kinda sucks.
