I work as a manager at a fast food restaurant. This year they have not given our annual review. Is this legal?
I work as a salary manager and we have always gotten our raises. Now they are "on hold" and my company has been hard on us. Can they take our reviews away?
They are not required by law. And anyone working now should be glad to have a job. There are over 10 million people out of work.

Not every job conducts annual reviews because they are not mandatory even if they’ve been used consistently in the past. Raises are not mandatory either unless the min. wage gets increased and you’re below the new rate.
Due to the economy and how many businesses are performing, it’s expected that many people will not get a raise or a christmas bonus.
