SAINT LOUIS ST LOUIS MO GIOVANNIS RESTAURANT REVIEW?

Has anyone here been to St. Louis Giovanni’s Italian restaurant on the hill? Is it super fancy, could I wear a dress there? a cocktail dress.. how is the ambiance?

It is not super fancy, a dress would be ok – Cocktail dress maybe, if it is in the evening and it doesn’t have a lot of flash to it. Simple black dress is ok.
