What would be a healthy choice at a seafood restaurant?

Heres a menu for the place im going:

Or just in general what is HEALTHY at a typical seafood restaurant?

Broiled or grilled over breaded and fried.
The blackened Catfish or Shrimp Dinner
Crab leg platter
Chicken breast Dinner
Veggies, rice and sauted spinach for sides.
House Salad, dressing on the side

Shrimp Dinner
Gulf shrimp grilled, blackened or fried with slaw and fries or rice

****Get it grilled, and swap the rice for steamed veggies!
