Two Birds One Stone

Today my wife asked me if I had looked into the status of our vacation this year. We own a vacation property and there was some confusion about our ability to visit the property this year. So, I called up the company that manages the property for us and had a delightful conversation with the representative. She informed me that we were more than okay to visit when we wanted and told me that if the date we previously selected did not work well, we could cancel and reschedule at any time in the future. How is that for great customer service?
